Letting it in

It came through me like a powerful wind.  I looked down at my hands and noticed I was no longer in complete control.  Certainly I was allowing it to happen.  But the words were writing themselves.  Whatever was coming out was now flowing through me, not from me.  I felt that if I paused, this wave of inspiration would be gone forever.  I raced to keep up with it.

Dear Pinkies, please welcome back my Pink Mommy Trish Rankin here with a cool idea for putting a bit of balance back into our lives.

Today I'm taking a "pieces day:" a day to do everything I haven’t had time to do, to pick up the pieces that I’ve left around because I am overscheduled. But aren’t we all? When we leave unfinished work, we tend to add guilt to our long list of tasks and issues. None of us needs guilt. Plus, when have things left on our plate at the end of the day, it can be hard to sleep, which further drains us of mojo.

My Dream Life

Three months ago, I decided my dream life would be to travel the United States, seeing new places, people, and things and taking in all the different lifestyles along the way. Seeing as how I work for Owning Pink (from my computer) and have relationships with men and women all over the country (or world, for that matter,) through the Online Pink Community, I had the resources and means to do just that. On February 16, 2010 I took off on The Magical Eyes Tour leaving Dallas, Texas and heading toward Northern California- mapping it out as I went; living my dream life.
