I hope that my “365 Prescriptions for the Soul,” will be a welcome and healing addition to your day. The prescriptions I ask you to fill are designed for your total well-being. They come from hard-earned wisdom and experience with the difficulties of life. They are dispensed “as written” with love. At the end of each prescription is my “Soulution” to help you develop healthy self-love, self-esteem, and self-worth. Please take the prescription I have written for you here and fill it right away.

The difference between stumbling blocks
and stepping stones is the way you use them.

When you experience uncomfortable feelings such as gnawing unrest, sadness, irritation, or depression, do not label them as bad feelings. Our feelings are signs that something is stirring inside of us and seeking a response.

Our feelings aid and protect us. They help us know what is going on inside of us and warn us to respond when there is danger. They are our directors and teachers.

Feelings that bubble to the surface have a purpose. When you remove your judgment of them and follow their direction, they will reveal the underlying issue so that it can be resolved.

Soulution of the Day

When you stop resisting your feelings, you will see that they offer you a source of wisdom and an opportunity for nourishment and growth.

Say Yes To The Soul Stirrings

Thank you Bernie for reminding us of this! I find when I my soul is stirring, I often look at myself thinking "what is wrong with me"?! But over the years I have learned that NOTHING is wrong with me but rather my soul is growing beyond the space that I am. Setting yourself free to explore the possibilities is the only way to move forward. Taking time to explore your feelings and asking lots of questions is the only way to spread your wings.
