It. Is. Time.

Back when Lissa was on her 20-City Book Tour for What's Up Down There? Sheena posted the most amazing review ever made in the history of video reviews and I've never forgotten it. Then, just a few mornings ago, over a slice of zuchinni bread and a cup of java, I watched another doozie from the Sociology of Sheena.  (Talk about soggy bread.)  It is simply beautiful, utterly breathtaking, and slathered with Awesome.  She, quite literally, spoke to my soul.  Glue yourself to your chair for the next five minutes and enjoy.  (I would not recommend eating bread of any kind while you watch.) ~ Melanie

Sheena is energy manifesting in many forms. She is a writer, artist, siren and dancer who expresses her authentic SELF through creativity, empowerment, sensuality and spirituality.

Sheena likes dreaming of projects and then actuating them. Currently, she’s finishing up plans for an Artist Retreat in the mountains of Colorado taking place this September and she just announced  “Curls and Curves ~ A Natural Hair and Body Party” where she hopes to inspire women to embrace their complete selves, including every gorgeous inch of their lovely bodies.
