It began with a conversation with a friend over homemade chai. Within minutes we both suddenly understood that everything we’d each been feeling separately over the past several months – all the darkness and confusion and stuckness and fear – have been in service of a much greater joy that that is waiting for us to claim it as our own.

Having known Kellie since High School, watching the life she's led (through social media,) and then reuniting on a more spiritual level in the Pinkdom; it is no surprise the intense sensation of interconnectedness is present no matter the roles we played in our adolescence. It was the moment I first admitted to myself that I did not want to go back to teaching. That was the moment I opened the door.
