
My daughter is a stickler for routine. If a change occurs without her knowledge, you will find her in quite a tizzy. Yesterday the weather report called for storms and possible tornadoes. I am a member of a Unity church where I teach the middle school and high school kids. I am finding now that the teenagers I facilitate have become my spiritual teachers. It is their questions that guide me to my truth. In our classroom on Sundays, we aren’t afraid to say “I don’t get it” or “I’m just not sure I believe it.”

It seems pretty extreme doesn't it - walking on fire? Why would anyone do that? And why would you do that to get more energy? Because fire is simply a metaphor.
