
I am staring at a blank page.
My daughter is sleeping. So is The Husband. And here I am. Finally able to sit down at the computer to let the thoughts I’ve been hoarding in my head spill on to the page.
This is a frequent occurrence in my home; this little moment of solitude one I steal from myself. After the dishes have been done, the laundry taken out of the dryer, and lunch packed for The Husband’s next work shift, I forgo sleep for a moment of creativity.

Have you been working on shifting your paradigm? Have you found your True North? If so, congratulations. Not there yet? Still looking for your heart’s desire? That’s okay sweetie. As I said in Part I, shifting your paradigm is a journey that can't be rushed.
Where ever you are in your journey, you can begin to manage your vision by doing less. Here are some tips I've learned along the way.

Every morning when I wake up, my monkey mind inevitably roams to the realms of my to-do list. I’ll bet you can all relate. We wake up, stretch, rub our eyes, then BOOM. The chatter begins. There is grocery shopping to do. Child care to deal with. Meetings, work, presentations, homework, whatever.
